Answer - hydration is key to keeping your skin, cuticles and nail beds in good shape. Use cuticle
oils or creams at night on fingers and toes. Use a hydrating lotion daily on your hands and feet.
Keep up with regular mani's and pedi's that will keep your cuticles pushed back and trimmed.
TIP - A good old remedy is Vaseline - slather your hands and feet then pop them into clean cotton socks and cotton gloves and let it soak in for a few hours or overnight and viola! Soft skin! Do this once a week in addition to regular moisturizing daily.
